   If you sign up using an email associated with your employer or another organization ("Admin Entity"):

   • You represent that you have the authority to bind the Admin Entity to these Terms.
   • The Admin Entity may control your account, including access, permissions, and deletion.

   (d) Restrictions

   You agree not to:

   • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
   • Distribute unsolicited messages ("spam").
   • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
   • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

3. Privacy and OTP Verification

   Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

   Phone Number and SMS Verification

   To register your account or continue using our Service, we may require a valid phone number for the following purposes:

   • Account Verification
   • Two-factor authentication (2FA) via One-Time Password (OTP)
   • Security alerts and notifications

   By selecting "set-up SMS" (receive verification code via SMS) you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Virtual Cloud Group. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving OTPs for authentication, account security, and other related purposes. Please note that OTPs are time-sensitive and must be used within their validity period. You can opt out at any time by replying 'STOP'.

   Email Authentication

   By choosing email authentication, you consent to receiving a one-time verification code from Virtual Cloud Group sent to the email address you provide. This verification code is essential for authenticating your identity, securing your account, and for other related purposes.

   When you provide your email address, you agree to receive One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for authentication, account security, and notifications related to your account. Please be aware that OTPs are time-sensitive and must be used within your specified validity period to ensure your account remains secure.

   Authenticator App

   By enabling an authenticator app for two-factor authentication (2FA), you agree to use this method to enhance the security of your account. The authenticator app will generate time-sensitive one-time passwords (OTPs) that are required, in addition to your regular login credentials, to access your account. This extra layer of protection helps ensure that only authorized users can access your information.

   By setting up the authenticator app, you provide your consent to receive and use OTPs for authentication purposes, account security, and related activities. Please note that the OTPs generated by the app are time-sensitive and must be used within a short validity period for them to be valid.

4. Payment and Billing

   (a) Fees

   Some features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

   (b) Billing Information

   You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing details. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the specified amounts.

   (c) Late Payments

   Failure to pay the required fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

5. Termination

   (a) By You

   You may terminate your account at any time through the Service.

   (b) By Us

   We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or other legitimate reasons.

   (c) Effect of Termination

   Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

   (a) No Warranty

   The Service is provided "AS IS" and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

   The liability of Virtual Cloud Group is limited to the greater of the amounts you have paid in the last six months or $100. This limitation is put in place to ensure that the company is not unduly burdened by future obligations or potential liabilities.

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Cloud Group and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
